Review by hotel critic
During my recent stay at Эдельвейс, I was drawn to its serene location amidst the majestic mountains, a perfect backdrop for unwinding after exploring Shymbulak. The spacious, clean rooms provided a restful retreat, while the hotel's spa amenities were a highlight. The sauna and hot tub offered a rejuvenating escape, ideal after a day spent hiking the alpine trails. The hotel also features convenient shuttle services for easy access to local attractions and ski facilities. I found the reception staff's approach somewhat inconsistent. While some were friendly and welcoming, others didn't meet my expectations in terms of service delivery. Эдельвейс presents a decent choice for travelers seeking both adventure and relaxation. The tranquil environment and access to fresh mountain air certainly enhance the experience, albeit with room for improvement concerning guest relations. Should you seek a quiet retreat with ski opportunities, consider visiting, yet remain mindful of the service nuances.
